Had the Groupon for a haircut, shampoo and style with Carol. Was on time for my appointment but still waited 10 minutes before she took me back. All the stuff from her previous client was still out and not cleaned up. We didn’t sit and discuss what I wanted. I showed her a picture and was prompted to sit in the shampoo chair. Didn’t put my stuff down just sat there with it in my lap. Everything seemed okay while she was cutting, I did realize she wasn’t checking the layers she put in to make sure they were matching up on both sides. Once she was done she asked if I wanted to wear my hair curly or blown out. Um… no way I was leaving with it curly as any uneven stuff would have been missed. She did a rough blow dry and a half ass flat iron. There was no “styling”. At this point I just wanted to go home and do it myself. To clarify, I left looking like I had just rolled out of bed. After getting home and doing it myself it was terrible. There is a blunt line where the layers (?) are and the bottom just looks like a mushroom top. I felt like she was rushing and didn’t want to be doing my hair. I will not be returning to this salon. Tomorrow I am going elsewhere to get this terrible cut fixed.

I am not from this city therefore I Google places I can get services like waxing haircut, beauty treatments, things like that and the first name that pop up is usually who I call well this place popped up several times and they were willing to do my hair and everything was great until I mentioned that I found them on Groupon and then gave me the option of coming right now During a doctors appointment and when I said no, can we schedule for tomorrow early she lied to me and said she was going out of town, just so she wouldn’t have to do my hair with the coupon i purchased. Little did she know that I had the coupon for the hair, but I was also coming in there to do some tanning and have my sister who wanted to get a whole balayage And her hair is down past her butt cheeks so she probably would’ve made $1000 today but since she wanted to judge by her own promotion choices, I guess she’s just lost a client that could’ve been a great one . If people don’t want people using Groupon then do not promote your business on Groupon because it’s not peoples fault purchaser of Groupon. It’s not their fault that you decided to promote your business on that app. See you promote one service but you don’t know how many services a person is coming in to get Think about that and maybe just take those promotions off Groupon anyway they’re useless.

My 25 year old daughter went for a haircut today. She left in absolute tears. The stylist literally cut her hair dry in 6 minutes. No shampoo. No wetting of her hair. No styling. She squeezed her in while coloring someone else’s hair and said it would only take 5-10 minutes to her client. My daughter was confused when she heard that. Clearly she should have asked more questions about why she wasn’t washing her hair first and styling it after. But she didn’t. We tried to call the salon at least 3 different times and no one is answering the phone. The positive to all of this is that she will ask questions from now on since it’s not a given that these services come with a shampoo or style. Some people just cut corners to get a job done.

I just love Jen. I travel 5 hours for her special touches. No one else can cut my hair like she does. My nails feel heavenly after seeing her. The shop is well laid out, clean and has a fresh smell. Can not wait to get back to her. Highly highly recommend

I had an appointment with Carol @ 2 pm. I was 5 minutes late. I sat in the reception area for another 7 minutes when I finally walked to the side room and had to interrupt another stylist to ask for Carol. Carol informed me that she was shampooing a lady to do a perm . Obviously a walk-in as my appointment had been booked for days for a shampoo cut. and style. A 1 hour service. She wanted me to come back after the perm so she obviously didn’t have anybody booked for that time slot. A perm is a 3 hour service.
She herself had not even kept her own hair nice for someone in her field.
She was not very welcoming or pleasant in the slightest.
I would not want this to reflect on the other stylist as they rent chairs.
I of course would not want to go back later after being treated so badly.
Unfortunately I had bought a promotion and it was only for Carol. So she got her money anyway.
Repeat customers Carol are your bread and butter. Walk in’s will not usually be loyal as they generally always go on a whim wherever they can get in.
Not a good way to increase your clientele.

Love this place! Everyone is very friendly! They offer multiple services but I usually get my hair done with Sandra ! Sandra is the best and super professional. She’s done color hair on me and has always done a great job.
