Alex's team has been cleaning my boat since I bought it about a year ago. The bottom paint is coming up on 2 years old. The attached photos show all that one needs to know about Alex's service.

The photos were taken at a haul out after about a year of Alex's care. The boat is in the water 100% of the time, nearly entirely in salt water -- it is not stored on the hard, etc. Alex had no notice of the haul out, as it was for unscheduled maintenance of a thru-hull.

The bottom looks like it was painted just yesterday. The only noticeable difference is some thinning of the paint film at the water line and running gear. But, in any case, it is entirely free of hard and soft growth and the thru-hulls were clean and open. Alex's keeps the bottom nice and clean!

Alex also sends monthly dive reports via email, answers phone calls promptly, and has been responsive for the minor underwater maintenance I've needed, e.g. inspecting intakes to help diagnose HVAC problems, checking for and removing small ropes picked up while cruising, etc.

For the curious, the paint is the "hard" type (vs ablative).

EDIT: The boat bottom paint was done in April 2018 at Salt Creek Marina in St Petersburg, FL.

I run Clearwater Party Boats and with 4 boats running commercially, keeping the hulls clean is important for fuel, speed maintenance and safety. I’ve been using Alex’s Dive Service to keep our hulls clean since we splashed our boats last year. His service is fast, reliable and impeccable. We have our service scheduled and usually don’t even know the diver has been there until I get to the dock and see clean hulls.
