Dishonest and dark. Posted $10 parking - actually you’re forced to use their app that adds a service fee plus tax. Dishonest. Also only first floor has good lighting — floors 2 and above are dark, not well lit and feel dangerous. Avoid. Go to a lot with an attendant.

Parking is NOT $10 as advertised. You have to pay online with a card, and after fees parking is actually $12.50. Quite misleading to be honest.

Decently priced parking, we went to the Staples Centre for a game and stayed overnight in a close by hotel. Easy to use and could be one of the cheapest in the area!

I haven’t had problems parking in this garage when I park for a day at work.
My only gripe is the recent price increase. First, make sure you have the Metropolis parking app to easily register when you enter and pay when you exit. Super convenient once you have the app.
It’s $11 for 12 hours if you enter before 10:00AM for the early bird price. Any minute after, it’s $35/for the day (maximum). Same pricing for the 725 S. Flower Street lot.

If you're going to arrive after 10am and don't want to forfeit $35, there's Joe's Auto Lot a block away on S. Hope Street for $8/day. I can't speak to the safeness of that lot, though.

This is an opportunistic bait-and-switch parking facility! I went online to check pricing and it was clear that when you park after 4pm and leave before 2am the price to park is $7, when I got there it had changed to $10, but not a big deal. Yet when I was leaving the attendant said the price was $36 and threatened to have me ticketed and a $75 fine if I didn't pay! I'll never park here again, and will make sure that others are forewarned. Stay away from this thief lot!!! It is terrible how they took advantage of me and they should be run out of business in my thinking!

At first it's hard to decipher how to get it. No complete instructions posted, but the app instructions. It's a challenge for first time users. There were 3 of us stuck at the entrance because the mechanical bar wouldn't raise. Eventually, we all decided to come in the exit and regiater in the app inside the garage.

Registering in the website/app is convenient, as well as paying out. You just drive in and drive out.

Word of caution: No one is manning the garage at night so car break-ins are common. The management can't do anything about it but to file an incident report. Advice: Never leave anything of value inside your car even if it's out of sight. Thieves will still try to break in. Probably not park close to the exit of you're parking overnight so your car is not an easy target.

Do not use this parking garage. No price transparency with Metropolis app. I was charged 3x the amount that was shown on signage at the actual parking garage ($36 charged vs $10 for 10 hours on signage). Metropolis would not refund me the difference. Will not use any parking associated with this app ever again.
